“The sweetest, most generous and genuine person in the world needs us. Please join us to help Tony Zegarelli fight brain cancer on June 2, 2024, from 1 to 5 at Stonebridge Golf and Country Club, 2452 Graffenburg Rd, New Hartford, NY.
There will be giveaways, raffles and activities for everyone to enjoy. You also spend time with a community of fun caring people.

Annual Used Book Sale to benefit the Friends of NOPL Brewerton.
Sale will take place at the Brewerton Volunteer Fire Department, 9625 Brewerton Rd, Brewerton, NY.
Thursday, June 6th from 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm – $5 admission plus the cost of books.
Friday, June 7th from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm – book sale
Saturday, June 8th from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – $5 bag sale, we supply the bags

All events are free.

Join SUNY ESF/Izaak Walton League’s Young Naturalists to learn about nature journaling and why it’s important. We’ll take a short walk and make journals to take home.

Come and use anything and everything to make some truly fantastic bad art. Awards for Loudest, Brightest, and Most Atrocious. Bad art will be displayed in the library for the month of July.

A Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardener will talk about Patricia Lanza’s books and her no digging, no weeding, no tilling, no kidding approach to setting up a home garden. Includes a demo outside at NOPL Cicero’s Library Farm, weather permitting.

Saturday, July 20th

Black Mental Health & Wellness Fair
The event will take place Saturday, July 20 in Downtown, Clinton Square 12-4. It will be hosted by My Healthy Mind & the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. DJ Bella with On The One will be in attendance for music and we will have a bookmobile, vendors, food trucks, health care screenings, giveaways, raffles, games, and more at this event.
